When the BoD set up the EPC contract with Sinosteel, was it there intention, at the time to execute it, or was it the plan back then to have it purely as leverage for a possible sale?

Maybe, just maybe everything is going to plan. The BoD started this when the market cap was in the £20-£30m range. For those early stakeholders they have added significant value. A sale of assets and divvy looks near certain. Maybe the divvy will be in the pence left with a totally different explorer company...
