I agree, I do believe a deal will be done. I do not believe there will be no deal.

But folk on here keep stating if there is no deal not much will happen to the SP and we will mine ourselves.

This is delusional. If, I state IF, there is no deal yes, the SP will collapse. The BoD are too far down this road, there will IMO be a deal, good luck trying to guess what type of deal, my guess is full sale.

The SP was 1 p when we had the Sinosteel deal. Yes we have more licenses....,

Difficulty with any approach currently is who owns the company?
I did think we may have received some TR1s by now. Interesting to see the share register in a month or two’s time

From 2022 the C1 costs to mine will be $2.13 lb

Current price is north of $4 lb

It has been well north of $3 lb this past 6 months following release of the Oct presentation

Others will know better but is it likely Rambler will secure further offtake agreements ( have one currently at $3.50 lb) .... bakes in a guaranteed future price at the expense of profits from an increasing copper price. But of course protects from a decline (unlikely but you never know)

We clearly had FA cash last year hence the £10M placing.

Yes more licenses but we have FA infrastructure for the licenses we’ve had years.

This infrastructure is going to take multiple years and multiple hundreds of millions to build.

Lots of potential resources but FA in C1 category.

New suitor(s) will all be taking this into account.

This is essentially an explorer and not a miner.

No doubt a deal is being worked on but fear it will disappoint most on here.

BoD have soft peddled the sinosteel for years, presumably because they want a sale. Infrastructure could have been almost built now had they triggered at the first opportunity.
Any new EPC for the wider license ares will run into multiple $ hundreds of millions and take multiple years to get to cash flow positive.

Something sadly lost on the rampers.

Great having valuable stuff in the ground.

Those benchmarking SibanyeStillwater as a comparison checkout their last accounts and look at their existing infrastructure...they are maybe 10 years ahead of EUA.

They expect $1,745M profit for 2020.
