Hi Technik, yes we are 11th in the list, but actually 5th in approval waiting list based on already approved QMS risk assessment approval status.

Sorry not 100% sure about that, he (MOIL) has been posting some decent news lately on Twitter forums, however personally I believe the information reflects the ground realities when I compared the data.
