RE: Conflation of topic of war needs to stop here6 Apr 2022 09:39
Share price was always going to take a swing and rightly slow, these sanctions will no doubt affect the interest rates set by the Russian economy. Make no mistake they will see this as an act of war in itself and push them to increase interest rates and making companies like poly metal pay higher prices on loans etc. this needs to reflect in current SP with the added looming truss sanctions I ask myself would I invest now ?
The answer to that is no. I expect to see a 15 to 20 percent down day.
If these sanctions are actually working and they start going skint, (which I doubt) I also expect the mad man to start nationalizing foreign owned businesses that are profiting from Russia, or seeing a massive war tax thrown at them.
I’m still holding but this is my balanced view gambler till the end :-) . I would really welcome a suspension at this time.
I know a lot of posters are saying buy the dip but these last few days I would wait personally before adding to the treasure chest. We can all get rich but at the same time let’s just calm it down with the buy now bull…I will top up at 250 260.
That’s my 2pence worth.
