Six weeks since AGM9 Jun 2019 15:17
It is now nearly six weeks since the AGM. I felt at the time that that meeting was a turning point. For the first time AFC seemed to be more or less commercial....or as they put it "the right product in the right place at the right time". They seemed to listen to the concerns of the PIs and there have been some very small green shoots that suggest comms may be much better. Although I have no idea what TUVA is doing.
But I have niggling doubts creeping in again, especially as the SP has now lost some of the recent gains. We need to sustain momentum. Since the AGM AFC has made only one announcement of note, and that was confirming the benefits of Alkammonia. Admittedly they used that announcement to bolster their credentials in the EV and replacement diesel gen set markets that now seem so central to our business plan.
However, six weeks down the line there have been no further announcements about partners, manufacturing, deals etc, and no evidence that AFC is getting out and about. We were told at the meeting that that very Friday there was to be a meeting about the website, but still we have the outdated offering that has been there for ages.
I sincerely hope that AFC is able to develop and maintain the momentum that was all but promised to us at the AGM....I'd really like to see some evidence of that.
I put £10k into AFC after the AGM and decided that whatever it is worth in March 2020 will be used to buy a new car. I wonder what I will be getting? It's currently worth £13,200. I'm hoping to be able to spend £30k.
