Of you look at the trades tab this whole move lower has been on less than 110k gbp of volume . So if there’s like 1 seller with 100k that wants to sell, they can move the price by 5-10%. Wouldn’t read too much into it.

The only bright side of daily drops basically every single day is that now ECOR is a smaller and smaller position meaning the daily drops don't have so much of an impact on the overall portfolio.

How can anyone top up into this trend? I'd love to but no floor in sight for now.

I actually think we need more buybacks - if we are at 50% discount to NAV I doubt there’s a better use of capital vs new deals.
