Stupidity beyond belief and a safe haven9 Nov 2021 19:39
A norwegian expression for lowest kind of people is "brønn****ere" meaning people ****ing in other peoples private wells. What shall you say about people ****ing in their own well? I read sometimes posts here and in some norwegian discussion forums about Wenthworth. It seems like some Wenthworth shareholders are like shareholders from hell, never have a positive things to say - only negative stuff and as well they express hatefull posts about the management and the board of directors in the company they own. All the time. Like ****ing on their own investments.
I dont know what will happen to Wen, but actually when you have invested in a company and still own shares there , it is totally your own responsibility. It does not help a lot when stupid shareholders complain and complain and complain. I can tell stories of how stupid some people have acted, but give me a break; Wen is probably in these days a rather safe haven, compared to a lot of other businesses .
My best fiend owns an extremely successful and profitable company dealing with and manufacturing advanced electronic devices. He tells me, due to lack of components, his business has to struggle much more than before . First of all they have to order components really long time in advance. He tells for his most sold products, they need about 200 components Already in May he ordered components, Out of the 200 he still has not yet received 10.
He also told me freight is skyrocking, What used to cost 20 000 a year ago, will now cost 80 000 . My friend is really clever, and they manage quite ok, but he tells me a lot of companies are struggling a lot.
The shares I own in such companies have been quite profitable, but just now, I feel Wentworth is probably the safest bet I have.
