Without question, the first successful clinical proof of efficacy in humans for Avacta’s pre|CISION® platform (FAP-activated chemo) would be the transformational event.

Here’s why:

If Avacta demonstrates in clinical trials that its pre|CISION® delivery mechanism can activate chemotherapy inside the tumour while sparing healthy tissue, that’s a paradigm shift in oncology.

This could make their platform licensable across dozens of oncology drugs — turning Avacta into a platform company, not just a single-drug developer.

Pharma companies would pay huge sums to license a proven tumour-activated delivery system for their own cytotoxics.

That sort of validation (backed by data) could push Avacta into the multi-billion-pound market cap bracket very quickly.

I guess a slight pullback/settling phase is inevitable after the fantastic rally last week. Where do you guys think this will settle at short term?? 1.3p?? I still feel the news flow should take us to 2p short term.

Definitely feels the market hasn’t appreciated this latest RNS. It’s just more good news coming from a solid company. I would be shocked if we don’t see 2p by the end of the month. The platform just keeps growing!
