Lets face it, the oil exploration companies need us. Simple as that. Come back this time next year and this will have multi bagged from todays price.

Can anyone better this……I hold £110k at an average of £4.50. I don’t expect to be in profit in my lifetime 😢

It is quite simple. People need houses and builders need to build houses to stay in business. None of that will change. It is not rocket science but you build a product that folk can afford.

I was recently looking at a new build “Story” home in Northumberland. Beautiful quality houses that looked and felt a step above the rest. They had an interesting roof profile that made them look special. I got speaking to the site foreman who told me they were going to have to change the roof style on the next new designs as although they looked great they were too complex and taking too long to build. An example of where expenditure could be cut to either reduce the price or increase the profit.

I guess all other builders are the same.

Baxter…….if you think it is a dog why bother holding? Thankfully most of us realise the potential in this company. With big sales and contracts already it will now only be a short wait until this starts to multi bag.

Patience is the key, just keep buying on the drops and your patience will be rewarded.

That sounds a bit sloppy making an era like that. 🤔

An honour to be today’s winner but regret that I am not the winner with a guess of 160p 😜

A nice slow and steady rise over the past 2 weeks is a good enough sign for me to allow me to get back in.

I see this as a pretty safe bet from here on in and hopefully we will see at least a 20% in the next 6 months or so.

I have been fully funded in travel stocks the past 2 years so now trying to diversify again.

CWWX……sorry if my post upset you. I am not pumping Saga, just hoping that the share price can start to follow CCL soon.

As for CCL running out of steam, just my thoughts as after a 100% in the past 6 months one may expect things to slow down now further news is out…….that said I thought the same with IAG after I had doubled my money in quick time……didn't expect to tremble my money though.

Buglet……….rarely. Look at what happened to Easy Jet a couple of weeks ago. A fabulous update and down 5% on the day 😢

As usual I pick a great investment but jump out too early. I decided yesterday to take my profits and move them into Saga in the hope tomorrows update will boost the undervalued price. Maybe I should have waited here another day but as they say a profit is a profit.

I feel maybe this will run out of steam soon and start a retrace, if it does I will be back. Anyway, lets see what tomorrow brings first Saga……I am guessing only good news 🤞

Leerex……..I disagree, surely buybacks are reducing the number of shares in circulation so should increase the value of the stock. Just look at IAG since they started their buyback program.

Taken a punt with a £10k top up. I get the feeling inline with all other cruise companies that news will be good on Thursday and we should see a nice gain. 🤞

Hopefully we can follow CCL on Thursday. Took some profits there today and topped up my holdings here. 🤞

Thank you CCL, this share is always good to me. It has been a great share to trade. Decided to take some profit this afternoon, probably jumped too early though, I have topped up my Saga holdings. I have a feeling we may see a similar jump there once the figures are updated. Still far too cheap in my opinion.

Madmat…….at todays closing price the divi equates to 11.2%

The usual drop on great results……how often do we see that. This will be back above £5 by the end of the week and then it is onwards and upwards.

I took some juicy profits from CCL this morning and topped up here. The past year has been great for travel stocks and I don’t see any slowdown anytime soon.
