Caz…..and who are you to suggest hiw folk invest their hard earned cash 🤔 I am pretty heavily invested here now as personally I think it is now well oversold and has a fabulous yield….if you are so smart give me two dead certs that you think will make me 20% over the next 12 months.

Pedro…….I have heard and seen it all before, during the SALT and BELL Ipo’s yet where has it got us, still treading water in an attempt to stop us drowning. I will be out of here with the next little rise and concentrate on my holdings in SALT and hopefully by then in Guident where we will realise far greater value than kicking our heels here in TEK.

Pedro…..in my case the clock has been ticking for over 5 years now. Not sure why you think our American friends will want to pile into this. If they are interested in Guident I am sure like myself they will buy Guident shares directly rather than investing through TEK. I love your enthusiasm but I cannot get too excited, as they say, been there and got the tee shirt.

Cefn…..I am quite happy with my investment today. It still looks like it is at the bottom of its downtrend. I guess on,y time will tell.

Hi Phyl, many thanks for the kind welcome. Nit retired yet as I still enjoy my job, a lifetime in aviation has been good to me.

I have made so many investment mistakes in the past I have decided to look fir sticks that yield a minimum of 5% and are also well over sold.

I have recently bought into PHNX, EMG, TW., PSN, Diagio, TATE, all these are paying between 5 & 10% dividend and all were over sold.

So far so good. I just ventured into this and Diagio today.

Follsgold………it doesn’t need to go further north as now paying a 9% dividend I am happy with that. I think however your negativity is slightly misplaced and we will see 110p again within the next couple of months.

Allatsea……..Why should it be any different you say? Well for one, open your eyes and smell the coffee. R&D takes a lot of time and money. That time and money is now starting to pay off. Come back in 6 months and you will kick yourself for being so stupid in nit hanging around during the tough times.

Fang…..good luck with your Barret, like the other builders we are hopefully due a recovery soon. I am holding Persimmon too as they all seem cheap with a great yield.

Garydav……..it could still retrace but hopefully not. If it does I guess that will be my double bottom so I would probably consider buying more. In the meantime lets see how today’s purchase in TW. Goes.

I will definitely buy more here before it gies ex dividend in November.

Garydav…….I had £11k to either top up here or on TW. If it fell below £1 today on ex div. Taylor Wimpy won the battle. I will sit tight here now with my 385p average and await the recovery.

Denby……I will take the chance on the 3 day settlement. I decided anything under £1 was worth a top up. I hold far too many of these now but paying a 9% dividend over the year I will probably continue to hold till I see another high yield bargain looming.

Looks like my trade plan triggered to buy at 99.77p happy with that to add to the rest of my holdings. Hopefully we will see a rise now back to yesterdays pre ex dividend price. 🙏

Carrington……I have a buy order in at 99.9p to allow me to average down from 106p. A great dividend share paying 9% at present price. If it doesn’t trigger my buy I will top up my TATE as they are presently well oversold I feel.
