Restarting my weekend update,
I started this fantasy portfolio in 2016 to challenge various posters perception that Lloy is 'the worst share ever' or a 'dog of a share', on the 8th Oct 2016 I invited WL/Newchurch to choose an alternative ftse 100 company so I could run a comparison

On 8th Oct 2016 - 1000 quid bought 206 BP. shares & 1905 Lloy shares
Today's value
BP. 206 @ 552 = 1137
Lloy 1905 @ 62.3 = 1187

In April 2017 Invest4life suggested I add Glencore -
On 22-4-17 - 1000 quid bought 335 Glen shares & 1553 Lloy shares
Today's value
Glen 335 @ 311 = 1042
Lloy 1553 @ 62.3 = 968

In May 2017 Pugsy suggested I add Ocado -
On 22-5-17 - 1000 quid bought 331 Ocdo shares & 1392 Lloy shares

This weeks observation - Banks continue to be held back on Brexit concern, OMG wish I'd bought Ocdo,

Overall conclusion -
A very basic comparison that does no include divi yield, IMO those still suggesting Lloy is 'the worst share ever' or a 'dog of a share' seriously need to examine their concept of investing.

Mrs May is doing a grand job herding naught/arrogant school kids IMO

Sweet - good to see the hoovering has restarted

Had a cracking time thanks Mr Wids, Ha Long bay and Tam Coc are truly special places,

Hanoi was interesting from a historic/political aspect, the crazy traffic drive within millimetres of each other and hoot at every possible occasion, how there are not more accidents I will never understand, pavements are considered purely for motorbike parking forcing everyone to walk on the roads, the contrast between the well presented state/government areas and other parts of the city is striking, shame many parts are so very dirty, came away feeling the people just don't take care of their city.

By failing to support Mrs May's deal it is the action of the MP's that are causing the delay

If I remember correctly it was EU rules that force Lloy to sell off the TSB - for sure things may change post Brexit

IMO Peachy pie, your entitled to a return on your investment capital so personally I wouldn't deduct divi income from my purchase cost
