Don't think it's a commercially backed opponent that's in the way of dewatering. More of a case of overzealous public servants that have nothing better to do but stop any form of development and we taxpayers reward them with golden plated pensions. You try and do any work these days and sure as hell someone will try and stop you. Judicial review costs hundreds of thousands of pounds and it take years.

The reasons are two fold. Thor have another tungstain project in oz which is more advanced, and secondly thor management are not very good at making good decisions and PJ has taken advantage of that.

Getting rid of the irish licence a bloody sensible decision. Great step. Now lets move on with the money save lets buy a great asset somewhere in africa whre gov and people would wellcome the investment. Africa is filthy rich with minerals therefore it is for the board to decide but i would suggest lithium or uranium. Get rid of the horse hill asset too. Too many nimbys for it to be a success. The so called safe western jurisdictions have become economically impossible to mine on. Iceland is an exception.

I have made that mistake once with kodal. Back in 2021 I sold a few at 0.15 having bought them at 0.10.
50% profit it felt good at the time. Less then a month later it wet to 0.30 and i bought straight back. Lesson learned. Well done to all LTH for sticking to their guns. So glad i got out of prem and into Kodal, although prem is doing well too. Kodal has a better leader, resource, finance deal etc.

Now of course the other important component is the anode which contains great amounts of graphite. Will 2023 be the year of graphite? I certainly hope so.

Ganfeng did indeed buy Bacanora out, but that was nearly 2 years ago and Bacanora"s sonora asset is a kind of lithium clay rudher then kodal hard rock play. Bacanora board was not confident enough to take it to production so they recomended the offer. Weak ceo whom had no real regard for shareholders or was in cahoots with ganfeng. Who knows. Some shareholders lost out, luckly i was not one of them. I would like to believe that here at kodal the ceo is on our side, is that right BERNIE?

Pointless exercise in my view. Whether is thor mining or energy, you not going to get people buy your story when you havent got a lot to show for over 20 years of drilling. Waste of time money and resources.

MoU with synohydro to secure finance and Build infrastructure announced few years back may just show itself again. SYno has great experience in building roads and electric dams in the region. Although the 6 month exclusivity expired long time ago we have had no news to say negotiations are terminated. Ganfeng may provide finance of dms plant and take say 30 per cent of the company. Ganfeng in the meantime can make great use of the dms plant in relation to their own gualamina resource. After all why have a dms plant running only for 4 years, why not allow leo and ganfeng run their material through it. Kodal and FFX now leo lithium did enter into an MOU a while back and the agreement was to share infrustructure and buy certain material to benefit both companies. The relationship is intertwined and my gut feeling is that Ganfeng will in the end gobble up both leo and kodal. IT might not be a bad think after all. The chinese have the know how as well as deep pockets....

NO is the answer. BUt I know GF does read these boards from time to time , his words not mine.
HERE is the best case scenario as I see it: NRW gives go ahead to dewater within next 3-6 months.
ALba hires company to make safe shaft and dewater another 6 months. DRilling continues where water used to be etc. Then they need to prove a jorc compliant recourse. Environmental and impact assessment. pfs and BFS. Apply for mining licence. Secure mining licence. Apply and secure finance. Start building the mine. If each stage takes between 6 to 1 year you are talking at least 5 to 7years before they start to break ground.
Yes i know GF was saying that they are working on a plan on how to work the tailings but even that has no time lines. SO GEORGE if you are reading this for the love of god give us some timelines, whatever they are just say what you working on and how long you think it will take.
As for worst case scenario, I dont even want to think about it.
