They have 4 different drill targets (M1, M2, M4 & M2 ST).
The 1 at M2 ST has hit issues on the 1st of 5 holes. You need to remember how remote this drilling is and also that they were trying to get to a depth greater than 500 metres where they could not get past the hard rock. So they are moving where the target is less deep at around 350 metres. A set back 100% but if you do a little research on the new large holder you will see their background and you dont have to be a forensic genius to join the dots!
Dont forget the directors bought recently, significantly in my opinion, and they increased their land position. They will know much more than they release to the market.
I appreciate what you are saying though as there are no guarantees that this 2nd hole will go well. However you are missing that M2 is complete and just waiting on results (JORC?) and M4 is either complete or pretty much complete. We are waiting on the company to confirm both via RNS.
Can I ask if you are a long term holder or do you have a short position. Or is it true that you try and trade this stock? There is no right or wrong answer as its a market at the end of the day but as I am clearly long and others have declared their financial position it would be interesting to know if you currently hold or jump in and jump out as you see fit.
