I have emailed an update to everyone this afternoon and although I have had an email from Brian Hall, the chairperson, we have not really got anywhere with my informal approach.

I have the paperwork ready to post to request an EGM so my intention is to send this tomorrow and it will be with them early next week. I emailed the board this evening, to ask if they would view an electronic copy to save getting the physical copy and then rejecting it on any technicalities, but no response yet.

I will keep you all updated as I have and hopefuly we can get something in place to improve shareholder communications and also how they company deals with the markets. As I have said I have no concerns on the business or its geological claims and I see the two areas that I want them to improve as easy but significant wins.

I agree with both your comments - if they do find encouraging results at ST as the RNS indicated then companies will be rushing to do a deal with them - even if it's done on bad terms I would be fairly happy as it will be much higher than the price currently is! And that's my negative comment on any deal!!

Thank you - time will tell but despite my concerns with the placing if the copper, gold and anything else they find is in the ground this is going to move a lot higher. That's the risk though.

I have bought another £5,000 - not an insignificant sum for anyone - I believe this is price is too low and only down to the placing being handled badly.

I understand the view - but I think he was just naive with the price and did not question where the stock was going. Glad you were able to benefit - once the stock is homed properly it will start to rise again and then if news is good it will be sharp as before - if the placing was done better though it would have not been a drag as it has been! Agree so much news in the near future too. If I did not hold so much I would be buying all that Icoykd at this level.

I see news on M2 with a JORC in the next few weeks. Expected it by now.

In the RNS this week they said M2 ST is looking very exciting and they will have assays of the current samples end of month (so early August by the time we hear) and that it could also be in addition to what they have found they are about to hit another structure.

I did not understand the M4 update so we will see about that.

Bottom line is regardless of what people think of the board and it's brokers if we get good news for M2 and / or M2 ST we will be higher than where we are today. That's a fact as far as I am concerned so I will see what comes through news wise. I never sell a share out of anger as that is just hurting yourself as at that point the price reflects the current market sentiment.

Hi Quazar - just got back as had commitments this morning - what post was deleted - please share or send over your suspicion by email if you prefer! I can't see this being down here for much longer and agree with what you have posted today. AIM is fickle and we all hate to see money going but as soon as the news causes this to head up (it was only a 10% dilution this week too - so shares are still limited) everyone will forget about the frustration. Seen it many times before!

I cannot decide to free some funds with non AIM funds and buy more here as:

1) The price is currently great for those buying
2) The geology looks very good still and the RNS whilst difficult to understand was great for ST with the initial results end of month according to RNS
3) As I have shouted about I am concerned about the board but a plan is in place to help improve the 2 things I think they have let us down on
4) I already have a large position so I may not benefit from holding more

100% a tr1 would not come out until the end of the month if they went to an institution. Only found that out yesterday. I can't show the shares went to a MM. It was just a feeling based on looking at trades on Tuesday and comments from a few people. Obviously I hope I am wrong! It could be an amazing level here hence me looking at my non AIM funds to see if I want to increase my position.

That's a good view eyeguy - David Fraser has done what pretty much no other AIM company has done by releasing the news which is actually very good on M2 ST but the placing at the same time - perhaps he should have released that then done the fund raising a few days later as it would have caused a large spike in the price - but he did not at that is more honest than pretty much every other company!! You can argue if he was right or wrong in lots of different ways!

Everyone needs to re read the RNS about M2 ST and see what conclusions they can draw but after going through it quite a few times now I am pleased with it.

I don't know why the placing was done as it was and we probably will never know but if you have bought at this level - as I did in the placing and thinking about adding more if this price holds - you will do very well within a few weeks I am sure.

I don't know this but DF may have bought those shares in the market with hindsight.

The date was yesterday for the transaction and when I tried to send the company a revised TR1 to include my placing shares they rightly informed me that as the shares do not settle (by the way that would not stop them being traded) until the end of the month I do not have to file it until then.

So as they announced what they currently know on Tuesday he was probably free to deal and maybe thought that he should show support for the shares at the placing price which he probably now realises which an error on his part and that he should have pushed a bit harder with Novum for a better price and better home. I am sure if the next RNS or two is good everyone including me will be less disappointed with the placing but I am 100% pushing ahead with my director motion to avoid anything like this happening again.

In terms of the immediate future I am fairly relaxed - remember when they drill these holes they are not guaranteed to hit anything and if you look at all explorers someone once told me that its a 1 in 7 strike rate. They have hit something at M2 ST zone and we are also waiting for the full assays for M2 which I am sure will come with a revised JORC. In terms of M2 ST zone they have sent some initial stuff away for assays and they are pleased with what they have found and hope that in addition to this there will be a different geology a few metres away.

I am looking at my options today as I have a large holding here but am considering investing another sizeable chunk if we don't see this picking up from this ridiculously low level which the placing has caused.

I will leave you with the DF quote which is the only sensibly worded part on the RNS:

"We are very excited by the discovery of the highly anomalous hydrothermal breccia at M2. Our geological team are very encouraged by observations made during core logging. We now await the first assay results from this breccia zone and will update shareholders as soon as practicable."

I think he would have been allowed to take part in the placing. For me its a really good sign that he invested and some will say he should have bought more but I think its a fair slice given the salary he gets from the company. Dont think he would have put in around £25,000 if he thought the drills were all going to be poor!

Its been a busy few days for me and I am trying to push forward my director motion which I have emailed an update to those who have supported it and we have around 25% total shares supporting it.

The price really is just down to the placing but on a plus they have that cash to get the extra ST holes done. The investor communication has been a disgrace but thats also why I want a seat on the board.

My view is sit tight for a few weeks and see what comes out. If you are looking to increase your position its a bargain price in my view (thanks to the MMs having the placing stock which must be around 50% sold by now) but I wont be adding anymore for the moment as I have added this week via the placing.

I will be most suprised if this is not higher by the end of the month as news is all that is needed. The story has not changed, just a chapter has been a pretty crap read!

That's a bit of good news; so David Fraser has bought 2,000,000 shares in the placing which is around one third of his annual salary (before tax) from GWMO. I take that as a positive as it's not like he can buy and then sell them short term.

We now have just over 22% support for the notion to put me forward as a director - I am trying to speak with the company (unsuccessfully right now) - to avoid going down the more formal EGM route - will keep you all updated.

I don't know but as long as I can work with them on the points I posted I would be happy with either. An executive role maybe better as with a non executive role I think a major shareholding is less desirable as non execs are meant to be more impartial governance but as I say I am happy with either. It's more about getting this changed on the IR and broker aspects as the geological position looks just fine to me.

Thanks everyone - yes any size holding is appreciated. It does not really matter how much anyone holds as regardless it's all our hard earned money and should be treated with respect.

Riseagain - I will try my best and that is all I can do. I am not going to stand back and watch something pass me by when it could be sorted fairly easily.

Nice try riseagain - I am trying to put a stop to the crooked behaviour here so if you are short or a paid deramper it may be sensible to move to your next target as GWMO is not going to be suitable for market abuse much longer! Please see my last post!

Thank you for all your emails so far about my intention to become a director - we now have 46 shareholders representing 19.12% of the enlarged share capital - I am contacting the company this morning so I will update all as soon as I can.

As a side on the placing I have heard something even worse than the stock going to a market maker. I am not sure if there is truth in it but it would make sense and I have been told that some of the placing stock was required to close a short position. If this is true I can't see how that is not illegal as it is well over the ethical fence and I can not see how anyone can justify that is in the interests of the company. I will keep digging as much as I can. That would also support the paid de-ramping crew and explain why they actually bother positing which again we have all talked about before. To me it is clear that the broker is one of the the biggest issues we have here.

I have a few things I need to attend to after the school drop off but this is then my top priority for the day!
