Torquay, You are correct about the Credit Union, very popular down south. Also Revolut, most people under 60 carry the card, great for on-line. Seems to be very safe. I got it about a year ago. Very rarely use my Pass card now. GLTA

5,000 will give you 714 DOLE plc shares. The exact figure is 714.2857. Not sure if you will get a cheque for the odd amount.

It's a bit of a disaster. I suspect that there is still time to pull the IPO however it will cost millions in fees. Our day in the sun will come however it will be a few years unfortunately.

Currently up 3.17% with 8.151M shares traded. A good day!

With nearly 10 million shares traded in Dublin today BIRG may well have bought back a few. A good move if they did.

Just checked, the spread in London is 10.59%. Why would anyone trade at these prices, better to trade in Dublin, far lower spread and there is much better liquidity.

Davy might have been a better option, I think they allow trading comm against annual fee. You would have to check directly to confirm.

It would be great if Degiro allowed t/f for a reasonable fee.

Degiro won't accept t/f of shares held in Cert form. I asked some months ago.

Congrats to all those in profit, I need E6.20, I will get there. Doing much better with a few others and hopefully will do much better over the next couple of years, (Well that's the Plan)

I held AIB decades ago and did well. Before the crash they were considered the better run if the 2 bug banks, they weren't. I prefer BIRG, however if I get back into profit I will probably exit. A bit to go yet.

Remember it's never wrong to take a profit.

Just now, BIRG up 2.99%, AIB down .44%. AIB update due next werk.

The much smaller PTSB also up.

Still trading, main listening is Euronext Dublin. Very small turnover on London listing. SP up slightly this morning.

2 articles, 1st re KBC and the 2nd re Davy. Nothing new in either. Can't post a link, I bought the paper. Phoenix due out Thursday, suspect we will get a mention.
