Selva no. You would normally do it as one transaction. As you sold, I guess all what would happen is you'd be buying within your isa at a different price, which could be much higher the longer you wait.

Fun I do not trust the governments. They've messed up too many times for me to feel 100% confident. I've booked foreign trips for this winter and next summer. Even the hotels are allowing cancellations 48hrs before arrival. Just goes to show how little they trust things. No need for me to **** off cine. The profits are nice. I'm fortunate I can hold and potentially buy more shares. Once we're open and stay open it should be fruitful.

antmoss44 I originally got stung at £1 last year, then averaged down but only to the 80s. So obviously the sp will have to drop quite a bit. If it ever does I'll just top up to average down some more. I don't want to average up that's for sure.

FYI I love the volatility because I know what we can do. The ride is fine. Sometimes I'll look at something and think 'hmm, not another potential pothole' IDW was the worst. Literally things the company will die etc. Some deramp as they are shorting or spooking investors. I may have done that, but not intentional for a motive. Also, re this 4th wave, as I've read more, it's still in its infancy. Who knows what will happen. One thing is, I just hope cinemas can remain open once they re open

@fun IDW was a boardline bot. One of the worst derampers. My posts don't reflect someone that thinks the sp will drop and stay dropped. That's what a deramper is. All I said is that the sp can hit 80s, which it can during these uncertain times. I never expected the 20% drop last week. Even on results I thought it was an unnecessary drop. As for yesterday, I have no idea why it dropped the way it did. So taking all of that into consideration, cine is highly volatile in the sense that silly or unexpected things seem to swing the sp. We definitely just need a nice big boost to give us a buffer in case people do get weary or the covid outlook changes

It's all good Sammy. I've been in this since last May, learnt so much. Sometimes I will think (and say) if I feel things could twist. It's easy to say, 'the sp will be 150p in July' for example, but it's also feasible to say 'it could drop on the back of new developments' doesn't mean I'm still not in it to win it. I'm hoping for 150p+. I would hate for a substantial drop to put me at a loss again. I keep going back into this share. Will probably top up in my isa next week, if it does drop and there's a chance to lower my average. My long term view is that we will recover but it's conditional on certain events. Mooky pretty much said the same last week

@Sammy and whoever else, firstly I haven't sold. I brought more shares in a general trading account at 99.7p today. I still hold over 35000 shares in my ISA also.

As far as deramping. Come on. I'm not like these other guys that just say the sp will fall to levels we were at 6 months ago.

Re the article and news, I wasn't aware it was old news and quite frankly, it doesn't matter. Let's just hope the US can keep things open and progressing. But to be ultra positive at the moment is just being nieve imo. I'm happy to sit on my shares for as long as it takes, but there's a few of you and newbies that are clearly getting impatient or don't realise that there are so so many factors affecting the price. Not every piece of news gets reflected in the price movements. So it can go either way. I'm just expressing a possibility. That is different to a deramp. Also when I sell I'll probably never post again, so again not here to deramp a share that I literally thrown a (relatively) large amount into.

I noticed it was old news, but tbh it's not about it being a news article, I just hope it doesn't actually happen! If it's something that can happen, it is something that can affect us.

Read th guardian article about this. Could be a possibility. Obviously dyor, but everyone knows if this happens and Biden reverses things, we could be in trouble. Hopefully if it does happen it's not for months and months. I think it's touch and go, but for this share, it can potentially have an effect in the short term. Mostly likely most of you will refute this or combat, which I'm fine with. Not selling my shares until I'm satisfied, so who knows when that could be

Just new investors mate, not understanding things

Why do you guys expect the sp to rise? There's a fall for a reason. We don't know why but it's how it is. Just have to be patient and let fundamentals build up.

Based on what though? We cannot know which direction the sp will go, especially when there's huge institutional investors just playing around. There's not enough confidence yet to have consistency from day to day just yet

What we really need is, better than expected numbers when we open. This is so the media can't shoot us down and influence the sp potentially. Hopefully great numbers will put us in a position to rise sharply

No one knows when/if 150p will be hit. From experience, I can say that this share is so unpredictable. When we think we're moving up, something comes and knocks us off. Last week can repeat itself. I hope get a ridiculously high and unexpected swing up towards 150p, just so that I can get out. But if it means I hope wait many more months, I will

Slow and steady. It's simple. Have to be very patient and see how things play out. Everyone wants/expects things to bounce up again. Big players have to be confident in the business and industry. Lockdown has to ease and people need to spend. That's when we'll know if cine is on for a strong recovery

The cine news and sp forecasts aren't positive, that's why the sp is dropping. Oversold because they like to punish cine. This happened last year. The hope is that people buy in again when things start opening
