Lol 2.7% rise is flying? I get being positive and all that, but relatively speaking that's threading water. Btc is one of the only coins not 'flying' at the min. Consolidation above $63k is needed imo to help argo and btc to gain more confidence in the near term
Lol. Don't understand when people say something is flying when it starts falling. Flying would be hitting a hit and continuing to rise, not going from side to side like btc does. At some point it will fly, but since it's not breaking $58k, it's certainly not flying
Imo all I see happening here is big investors waiting to see what price they should get in or top up at. It's been a lil while since we've had one of the big players purchase. I think 90s is good value, but clearly there's uncertainty. We're either going to settle into the 80s for a time or hopefully on the back of positive news, head back to £1. Then once we are open, that's when the real test comes. I think we're looking at q3 before we can assess. Personally it's still holding very strong. Just been a shame that people got spiked when it hit those dizzy heights and perhaps people sold up
Risk management guys honestly. Speculative, inexperienced investors have no one to blame but themselves. This is why people like me (a financial adviser) have a career. Not to say we're better than anyone, but seriously some people need guidance. Everyone thinks they can research and listen to so called experts, then complain when it doesn't go there way when they want it to.
There's no reason arb won't recover to decent levels. You just have to understand that and be comfortable. I'm now seeing the horror stories of investors that lose a lot because they took a punt.
Tbh, how can you be surprised? The crypto run is pretty much built on complete novice investors, with no understanding and have pretty much taken a punt on this. The patient ones and the ones who got in early understand that there's money to be made and that it's a game changing asset class. However, there are sooooo many that are first timers etc. Not understanding the level if risk/volatility involved, investing on the hype and now suffering. It's unfortunate, but it happens.
This board is a true reflection of this. There's a handful of knowledgeable, composed folk, but a lot of doubters, moaners and inexperienced folk.
L&G definitely not buying that much, if any at all. I work in the industry and they are in line to purchase arb. Where are these rumours coming from seriously??
Mittenator actually my guess of $55k was the closest :) where is my prize?
Lol you said $62k or something last week. Btc is choppy so can't see that just yet
I just think that we thought once we'd hit a level, we'd stay there. Cine literally hasn't worked like that all year. The rise has been extremely significant since the lows of the teens, 20s etc. So to say we should be higher is really thinking emotionally imo. I've pretty much said all along that it will take longer to get back to strong levels, given that we aren't even in operation again.
However I do think that the results pushed us back in a big way, in terms of confidence and people buying in. They would have seen that and maybe been scared off, which is short sighted, hence our current position.
Our volatility is also multiplied during volatile times. Only a few weeks maybe I can remember things being fairly settled.
Overall, I just feel there's no point getting to down about it. It will be a waiting game imo. I'm looking at q3 and q4 to determine if things will improve. Can't see us rocketing before then and maybe beyond. But hopefully the incentive targets are met as quickly as possible to boost our confidence.
Not happening for some time imo. Far too much reading into it. There's a huge process that goes into getting listed. No idea when this could be
Sure sure
Too bad it didn't last. Might get another push, but wouldn't be surprised if it stays around here all day. Slow but hopefully steadily rising over the coming weeks/months
Wasn't zorro the ultra deramper? Please stop there before you get all conspiracy on a post. Not into all of that nonsense. Just simply stating an opinion. I'm in nice profit with arb, so hoping it continues
Looks like I'm the winner. So predictable that btc was going to tumble while eth rocketed. Surprised most of you thought it will be ath or over 60s. Just goes to show how much guessing we all do. No idea how arb will react this week
Well there's more to the movement of the sp than what btc does. Let's see if btc drives further before we know where we will go short term

Doesn't look like it's likely to get there just yet
Yes. At some point in the future
I wish I sold and bought back, however nothing can be predicted accurately with this. But positive this will rise back between 110-130p in the next 3 months or so, then I'll think about what move I want to make. Compared to most of my holdings, this is now a safer bet, so it's acting as a good hedge. Wouldn't want to sell and then buy into the wrong share and see this rocket
I suspect next week will be a battle to stay above £2, despite this mini bitty rally. If prices go to ath, then that's another story potentially. May will be better than April that's for sure
