Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
SS has recently been quite quick to provide updates on the well, until this point. I've been invested with ukog for well over 5 years and I'm starting to think that it's going to be bad news. Fingers crossed I'm wrong.
You're absolute weapons Terry and Scarlet. The sign off for the deal is merely a regulatory approval process of the Norwegian authorities. As a country they are doing everything possible to encourage oil and gas exploration in its waters. Do you really think they'll have even the slightest of concerns with the venture, not me?
As the former Faroe Petroleum management team who regularly dealt with interests in Norway and who are highly regarded in the profession along with a Norwegian as CEO i think they're confident its more akin to a rubber stamping exercise.
You're both just trying to find some doubt somewhere. I think you're both failing.
This bit for me! - "We have built a sizable and resilient Company, and believe our intrinsic value per share significantly exceeds our current share price, offering a compelling value proposition for our current and future shareholders."
I concur...
Great post Paul, i concur.
I really had virtually written off my investment. Still way to go to be even but i think the BOD have pulled a rabbit out of the hat with this deal. 3-5 years and we'll be the new Faroe Petroleum
With us being close to a potential swap or monetisation I would have expected more than a poorly languishing share price.
Is it that noone particularly trusts our highly esteemed leaders to do the business; are our drill successes really not that great; are potential new investors thinking they'll be excluded from any upside following an announcement; are we considered to be in a bad negotiating position bearing in mind zero income and therefore a likely poor deal....
All of these are clearly unknown but the treading water with the share price is baffling me when we are so close to the envisaged timescales.
Assume there are many more potential issues that may be holding the SP back.
