some thoughts11 Jul 2017 14:23
I have a very large investment here at average price of £1.40. I believe the company has a good business but as happens with small companies set up by first time entrepreneurs, accounting can be a problem especially if a business has accrued income streams. The new management headed by Mr. Flattery and the CFO Mr. Laker are trying to wipe clean old accounting tangles so future numbers are more reliable. This is why the SP has fallen so much and as it happens in such situations, market reaction is overdone. However my reservation is that at these depressed price why is the management not buying the shares? Directors' share purchase is sorely needed to boost the confidence in this company.
