Could you please tell me what is the FID for and what are the risks/problems associated with delaying it? why is it delayed. I understand there was a recent funding, what is the relation with the delayed FID.

Hello everyone,
I am a new member on this share chat, as a matter of courtesy to my fellow investors I thought I introduce myself formally.
Firstly – A big thank you to everyone who contributes to this board, good and bad, but definitely good ones. It has been a great source of valuable information helping people like myself who don’t have much knowledge or experience in BMN as a company or mining industry in general.
There are at least 8-10 regular contributors on this SC who are very knowledgeable and contribute a lot by investing a lot of their own time. I like to thank you all for your dedication in providing so much information. I like to mention Alpha in particular in this regard.
There are also many others who are not so visible but nevertheless contribute effectively in many other ways, they also deserve a big thank you.
My portfolio of shares is modest in comparison with probably most of you guys, my investment in BMN is the lion share of it, this shows my belief in BMN and the information that very knowledgeable guys like yourself provide.
Please keep them coming, our little fortunes depend on it.
For now I may not be able to make much contribution to this chat in terms of forecast & expert analysis, etc. however, I am also playing my part in pursuing our common goal, which is promoting BMN and supporting BMN SP. For instance I have introduced BMN to a few well-off friends and directed them to this SC already, and I will continue doing what I can. We all contribute in different ways, all helpful a little in their own way.
I Also like to mention .. . . . . as one of the contributors on this SC put it the other day simply but very effectively, before we post anything, we could consider the following:
1. Is it true
2. Is it kind or helpful
3. Is it harmful or offensive
With optional bypass button
4. Post it anyway? (Not to be used lightly)
I am sure you can add a lot more to it, but the essence of it remains largely similar.
And lastly not expecting a straight line I believe BMN with all the happenings has an exciting great future as a company, so do we as part owners of this company. DYOR
Thank you & Best of luck everyone :)
To be honest I kind of believing in AFC to deliver. . eventually . . they had solid engineers and managers from what I remember, I have a relatively significant portion of my portfolio in AFC and still holding on with fingers crossed for some good news. maybe tomorrow!!
Hello everyone, this is my first post on AFC BB. I want to tell you a short story, around 3.5 years ago I was hired through a big Uk engineering company to look into AFC hydrogen fuel cell systems from safety certification point of view.
Basically, they could not get a safety certificate from the German authorities because of risk of explosion as a result of hydrogen release in to enclosure or surrounding area.
Anyway to cut the story short, I along with couple of other engineers, design the safety system to enable them to get certification. It goes without saying that, we did not win the project because of the price, but nevertheless they used the safety system that we designed, and managed to get their certification.
So this is where it gets relevant, this is how I got introduced to AFC energy. Soon after we lost the bid, I realised that the technology is very good and the trend is towards zero emissions and renewables.
So I started buying the shares, like an idiot, I kept holding to my shares even though they have gone up 3 or 4 times, it goes without saying I am still a holder, hoping my initial analysis or more like hunch were correct.
The 2nd point I want to make is, a few weeks ago someone mentioned a company with the symbol "BMN" on LSE. I am glad I looked into it, you can check it out on this BB as well, have a look and do your own research, you may be very glad you did one day. This may just compensate towards loses you may be suffering holding AFC, for me so far has been good, and it seems there are good upwards potential in short to medium terms. All the best everyone. DYOR.
