You might well be right Bucolic. I used to enjoy ADVFN but since those two twerps
Rubber Johnny and The Bungler seem hellbent on hogging the limelight with their unsuccessful attempts at dropping the price I have given it a miss.
Lunkhead seems to be equally foolish even if not the same bloodline.
Best,
Arturo
Anticipate that Lunkhead and others gloomy prognostications will be kicked into touch hopefully before the Christmas Lockdown which seems almost inevitable if we are to get shot of this bloody virus.
GLA long term Fumsters.
Arturo.
Hope some of you have benefitted from my post of October 7th regarding Braveheart.
Have taken my original stake out and in for a free ride which is always fun but can end in disaster !
Believe my comments of October 22 & 29th are still very valid.
Good luck all long term Fumsters.
Arturo.
Jonathan Freeman Non-exec Director is also a non-exec of Braveheart Investment Group , see my post 7Oct 16:07. He has just been awarded £150,000 worth of shares for his work in respect of Braveheart which has a substantial investment in a company producing an Anti-viral face mask and a Covid 19 testing system.
Might lightning strike twice for him with Futura as well ?
GLA.
Arturo.
Yes, and my guess is that that is where the funding for the FDA required testing will come from.
I don’t think that further dilution is likely to be on the cards.
There’s still a fair way to go but things are looking good and any purchase under 20p is going to look very cheap in 3 to 4 months time.
No doubt the big boys will be taking note of what has been going on and the progress that has been made which might tempt a bid.
GLA.
Well, that’s your opinion Ody which in principle you have repeated ad nauseam for a considerable period of time.
Constant repetition is not only unnecessary it also undermines the case being put forward.
Others on this Board have different views and having made a point keep their counsel to themselves and get about their daily business.
Good luck to all fellow long term Fumsters.
Ody is like the girl in the old Jerome Kern standard “. She didn’t say yes, she didn’t say no , she didn’t say stay and she didn’t say go . “
I’m not sure what happened to her in the end - probably missed the boat.....
Hope you don’t Ody, but perhaps you should change your name to INDECISIVE.
If that is as you have indicated Ody then this is a brilliant discovery but only operates in conjunction with the DermaSys system.
Well done and thank you Futura.
GLA.
For goodness sake Ody, stop this incessant whingeing it’s becoming extremely tedious.
Ody, your beginning to sound desperate , take a rest my friend.
Ody, I have just done a half and half ,buying my last tranche of Futura @13p Y’day and having had a punt on a “Fun stock” Braveheart investment Group ( BRH) which might have a solution to the Covid Test and Trace problem. We shall see next Friday 16th . Not recommended for Widows and Orphans and makes Futura look a Blue Chip but...... You never know.

Surfie, I have no reason to change my view from “ steady Progress”, and any fall in the share price allows me to top up and create additional long term profit which is what my reason for investing in this share is all about.
The “ empty vessels “ who have been making most noise recently appear to have exhausted themselves for the time being but as you correctly point out , it won’t need much to bring them back.
Ndr50. Go to Futura Medical plc then on to Investor Centre.
No news just confirmation of steady progress.
Arturo.
To answer your “ quite Simple question “ Surfie if it was directed at me :
It was a good day for me because I am a long term investor in Futura and yesterday we had a very sound update on the current situation with a possible indication that partnership rather than further dilution might be the way forward.
In addition we had encouraging news on TPR, which we hadn’t heard about for some time plus an
update on the promising Cannabis product. Daily fluctuations don’t concern me.
Obviously if I was a Day Trader or trading on credit then I wouldn’t be so happy.
Where do you stand ?
Arturo.
Time to start believing Surfie.
An excellent day’s business, a very sound encouraging report followed by a concerted attack from the de-rampers who created a sea of red until early afternoon. Thereafter the red evaporated and we ended up with a reduced deficit and blue skies.
On Proactive Investors JB put up a very confident performance and reminded us that Futura wasn’t a one trick pony with references to TPR which had disappeared from the radar for some time and the promise of the new Cannabis product both of which revolve around the Company’s
DermaSys system, making Futura an enticing potential purchase.
Partnership rather than cash and dilution appears to be the way forward which of course will depend upon the regulating authorities in Europe and the vital consent of the FDA.
We may see a bit of selling in the near term but it looks as if the corner as been turned or will be very shortly.
As Scarlet O’Hara used to say “ Tomorrow is another day .”

Flattered that you should regard my Bon Mots as “ nuggets” ‘Colic, but delighted that they’ve kept you entertained. I’m sure that Baldy is more than capable of looking after himself but he’s going through a rather difficult time at the moment with the improvement in the share price so don’t
re-open old Wounds by reminding him of my “ Juvenile Abuse “.
Oh and by the way it’s Daly, Arthur Daly.
With what looks as if it might be the beginning of the long awaited change of fortune in Futura it would be nice to think that comments can be made without juvenile “ Ya Boo Sucks “ abuse aimed at those with opposing views to ones own.
There is still a long way to go and next week’s Interim statement is not likely to give us any fresh information of price - changing significance other than that the indicated road map is being adhered to. If that were not the case would we not have already been advised ?
Whilst there has certainly been a lot of unnecessary and ill founded criticism of the Board, those who are the main culprits have already identified themselves and once this present scenario has reached a satisfactory Conclusion those who have made ignorant and semi - libellous remarks can be “ Named And Shamed “.
Until then enjoy what we all hope might be a smooth ride, but which could be subject to a few ups and downs !
Still good value at 18p.
GLA.
No need to chase the price up , but this is an excellent medium to long term holding.
It’s got the best management in the whole of the building supplies section and will continue to pick up successful profitable small to medium sized companies in that industry that larger operators are not interested in as being “ too small “.
A first class “ lock up “.
Where’s the proof - about Amanda Staveley , Bruce ?
