But my main point is getting this place up and running before expanding to other parts of the UK. Robin was trying to open up another depot before this one is up and running.

Personally if this was my company i would get rid of the loan have the circular movement of the Blackmass. Then after a few months of success, take on bigger loans for the tax break reasons, then open up other depot's and spread out over the UK to make this a cookie cutter.

If so surely after everything is paid off, could the gate fees keep the company on tick over until the Blackmass is sent off to its destination.
