Over 1bn in cash vs. CLLN c.30m at the time of warnings :) No brainer.
They had massive issues with debt, and were f88888d.... Admittedly, investing here is a gamble. So hoping for the best :)
into a recovery play? Look at Anglo American, at the beginning of 2016 vs now... Could CPI do the same??
...
i've been reading up on this for a while... they first released their findings on the superbug cure in 2008. The XF-73 drug has been there for a long long time... Why has it taken this long?? http://www.independent.co.uk/news/science/scientists-on-brink-of-cure-for-superbug-830345.html
4 was the bottom, now the only way is up. Mcap at c20m for a gold producer on this scale is obscene.
The ratio between buy v sell is enormous, why hasn't the SP shifted by more than it has? Expecting gold prices to go up too.
I've just checked om the fca website and yes its every % increase past 3%. Either way, we should be expecting an announcement very soon.
RT must be nearing 15% holding now, he doesn't have to disclose his holdings as they progress past each %. We know he has a minimum of 12%, but the next disclosure would have to be when he passes 15% mark. Guessing that is going to occur very soon.
A company like this, with its client base and HUGE potential, should not have a MCAP of <£8m. Its as simple as that. It is the world's first service innovation provider, it offers a range of technology products and consultancy services and is the market leader in what it does. There has been a shift in strategy to move towards consultancy services will make this extremely profitable. They have an excellent list of companies as clients and many of them renew their contracts. Innovation is the buzz word in the corporate environment at the moment - I can see IMTK picking up lots of contract wins in the future. As it grows and increases its scale, you will see the share price rocket! RT, with his contacts and entrepreneurial skills, could be the man to put the rocket under this one.
Mix in IMTKs strengths alongside RT expertise and entrepreneurial brain, and this becomes a very compelling investment. The possibilities are endless, and I do believe RT will add LOTS of value to IMTK.
You seem to be sitting on a healthy profit... Well done!
I see that it has some great clients, and with RT on board there is potential to further increase that client base. Agree that a MCAP of £7m is relatively low considering IMTKs potential, if it maintains its expense base, and adds more clients, then the only way is up! IMO RT has found a gem of a company which is ripe for takeover.
************* = share offer... not sure why that got blocked.... This is all my own opinion. DYOR.
Any guesses on RT plans for IMTK? I think he would want to privatise this company under QPE (perhaps by a ************** in QPE) and then look to develop QPE into a company that provides support and innovation in the disruptive technology arena. Short term price target of 20p. I cant wait to see how this one unfolds.
What the general consensus on where the SP should be? And what activities should we expect to occur with the company in the next few months?
