If any buyout was to happen of which would have thought that is the only way forward. As long, as Frr have somebody interested then it has been mentioned a few times about the $500M that they have invested in Georgia. If something around that figure was feasible then going on the 16B shares that was in issue before suspension then I think would work out at around 2.5p per share.
Not got a clue on how bigger a discount that would be on the true value of the oil & gas in the ground, but it would be very big, if not massive.
If there was anybody interested then I would think that they would hold near on all the cards in any negotiations.
The comment on the 2.5p, is just an idea, as I am sure nobody on this bb would have a clue, as to where the buyout price would end up.
