JB this has got to a situation where neither the management or union are going to agree so there needs to be change from both parties and if that includes real change then the CWU will have to face upto some proper modernisation and I’m sure the management will negotiate but as I see it the Board here will carry on anfpd there will only be one winner and it’s not the Union .My postie has said he and a lot of his colleagues have had enough and want to work even if there are changes? He along with his colleagues are modern hardworking people who get that there needs to be some changes if it goes back to there members they would vote to Work ,not all the industry is archaic like the CWU and Dave Ward I’m afraid
