Yes it does and I’ve bought and sold since then and made an awful lot of money , when the horrible 9/11 terror attacks happened I bought a massive amount of shares and held for a few years selling them on the way to the highs of £12 plus , My portfolio is still healthy with a good average but I don’t have the volume I had in the early 2000s , but still have a good few RRs left

peakdread. ***** nobody is making it personal but you 2 and as i said without giving numbers i hold a lot of shares that have a cash value now and i’ve been invested since 1987 so i won’t take any lectures of f you two ,if you want to trade as a day trader good to you but don’t try and tell any experienced investors that you need warnings as i’m sure like me they will take no notice of your so called advice i suggest you keep to your own actions and simply wait for your sipp to come to fruition oh by the way if you think that is condescending then you need broader shoulders so let’s move on !

Peakdread you didn’t offend me but some of us me included hold a lot of shares and they are not in a Sipp so it is actual Cash now , I like others are looking a little further ahead so I’m not interested in buying and selling to make a quick short gain good luck

Peakdread some of us are not bothered about. Day trading we are in for the long haul after all if you don’t need the Cash why sell ?

City I know mate but we still have a lot of debt ,and I think it would be better for RR to buy some of its own holding back

Everyone all this talk about Dividends well I don’t want to put a dampener on it but paying Debt down first is what the Markets like to see ,if a dividend does come that’s great but I think it is important to get debt down

Les what I would say about any broker is that they are all out for there clients and there opinions have as much credence as you or me ! They are making points that relate to there sell rating where as other brokers have a diff view as I do .Taking profit is always a good thing but I’m sure that after the positive results given by Tufan it is a little early to Sell at present in my i

Opinion and for me this is a Hold for now ,I never listen to brokers views anyway because of the reasons above ,after all Mr Perry JP Morgan was totally wrong for a year !

Ron if your not selling at this time then I don’t think it is about courage mate because in a month or so we could well be at yearly highs and more after Tufan makes his statement .Its all about when you need the money and I don’t st present so will ride this out good luck

Sheltie I would not take too much nori of broker upgrade/ downgrade simply because they are looking after there clients after all they are only opinions. and as some has stated Mr Perry has been wrong from the off you could have a totally outlook on the business like I do and be correct .I have never listened to brokers after over 30 years and it has done me No harm good luck

Nobody will bid on an undeveloped barren piece of land with the costs involved here especially as Minoans board are not exactly the best at looking after Costs as they are always owing money on there exist debts !
