Seniority in my opinion is an outdated word , someone could be as good or better than anyone in a working capacity wether they have been there 1 year or 30 , the guy after 1 year could work his proverbial s off and the person 30 years takes it easy so both should be treated the same just because someone has been 30 years in a job should not give any advantages this is old fashioned in my opinion
