Appt present 5his forum has turned into a circus led by 2 idiots who seem to just want to antagonise people with pathetic rhetoric about why they think RR will fail , Every real investor knows the present situation around Covid today which is unprecedented and nobody could have seen this coming .I accept that the model of the business is all around flying hours especially long haul but this will recover over the long term so at present this doom and gloom will stay but I would point out that the business does have a solid and healthy defence and nuclear order book so there is some income at present all be it not to the levels required .Long haul flights will gradually come back and along with cost savings and the above order book in other parts of the business we will get through this ,I’ve been invested here over 30 years and worked for the business for over 20 and can see how certain things will change .I Never let sentiment get in the way of investing wether it be RR or any business but as I said earlier there are 2 recent Idiots who continually. carry on with a dialogue of doom and gloom so if there answer is to make money on a short term so be it ,im long and have an average about a pound more than present SP but am more than happy and confident to see where we will be in a few years ! Good luck to you I don’t day trade RR I’m long I have always been ,i day trade other stocks but am quite happy to wait here as I have a big holding at a slightly higher average so won’t be doing anything for a while
