Been unable to do any online transaction via BARX for the past few months! ...it's no exception now! Bizarre that ...

I bought these back in Sep 10... This is the first major activity since then...If I remember correctly...the new software was going thru the user acceptance phase... I also sent an email but had nothing back!!! ..wish we had some update!!!???
