'10p by Christmas' I like that one.
Reminds me of one regularly posted about BPC: 'I wouldn't want to be out of this over the weekend'.
Let's not forget that, if BPC is successful with P1 test, then should they sell it on rather than become a producer themselves, there could be a Special Dividend.
I think the slight variation will depend on price difference/spread/whether mid-price or offer is used, etc.
Current combined market cap of Columbus and BPC = circa £72.7m

Original timetable has tomorrow as the final day of trading.
However, as the date of new entity trading has been moved forward from next Monday 10th, to this Friday 7th, the final day of trading could well be tomorrow IMO.
Columbus biscuiti?
Not long to go now folks, before the wedding of Columbus and BPC.

rhodi - No problem.
As regards the ratio, I've only ever seen the figure of 0.803 mentioned.

oh I swear (what he means)
The 'Rig Commencement Notice' from Stena is due from 1st September 2020, and the deadline for this is 31st October 2020.
The way things are going, even the word 'Petroleum' will be dirty
Rhodi, if you mean when is the deadline for voting on the CERP merger, it has already passed. It was yesterday.
48p would be a blessing these days.
Looking at the sp, those sells could well have been buys. AIMHO etc.
Very low volumes, to any little buys or sells are triggering above-normal movements. Also spread is wide a lot of the time. Not normal conditions by any means. So I wouldn't call it a falling off of the price either.
