Mrc, if questioning competence is the correct terminology then yes they should have understood, it's not as if they are understaffed, if TPCD or Ara exercise their rights within the contract then they must be required to meet the same demands that Wen made, otherwise they would be in breach of contract, so IMHO total relinquishment would be unlikely.

A contract has the same rules regardless of your status otherwise there would be little point in it.

It Certainly makes you wonder how the fill their day.
