Just read back over the rns, which I should have done before I posted, it states that Scir have signed a binding agreement with Wen, no disagreement there,
I'm no solicitor but they where in no position legally to do this with the pre emption rights in place
You could argue that the signed agreement was in breach and therefore worthless?
Just my thoughts not facts.

I guess you would know mrc with your background in the business.

Correct me if I am wrong but if nothing was signed with Wen then nothing is binding therefore renegotiation is a possibility.
