This will be the best thing that has happened to Solo shareholders in a long time, It's exactly what I wanted so I'm elated.

Trrime, it will be a different beast, dilution as a bad name around aim shares, look on it as a restructure, Solo was the stepping stone they used to get here, this is growth and very much a forward step, they wouldn't be doing this to go backwards.

Well first I looked into the future and checked these guys out and why they should be interested in a run down company like Solo, it was fairly obvious that this was the vehicle they where using to build on ( it was virtually Shell when Ritson left,
I then made the effort and went to the Agm and spoke to them personally,
What did you do? You buried your head in the past thinking it predicted the future.

Steve, this is not your usual good old Aim dilution, Its quite likely the new shares will be at a premium to the present shareprice, I see no reason for a discount, this will return a a bigger player.

Yes " good but bod have been in office for over a year now and for the past year they have been criticised unfairly without being given a chance.

I have never advised anyone to buy anything thats up to them what they decide to do, and I know that you never sold up ( that reference was for someone else, but you can't seem to let go of the past, the name is the same but the business model has changed completely, all that jam tomorrow talk is outdated.

Its always difficult when you invest in something and it goes against you I understand that but what I fail to understand is why you need to keep bashing a company you remain invested in, even more puzzling is why someone would sell up yet still keep bashing, why not move on and put your energy in something that you believe in? only to then become a buyer after months/ years of bashing, tell me thats not a agenda.

Crusty, who is this ramping brigade you mention? because some of us have been predicting the rise from the lows we have experienced amist the constant bashing from a few individuals with a agenda ( these boards are for discussion so I see little purpose filtering ( personally.

The truth is Kej doesn't really predict anything, when the share is underperforming he slates it and when it starts to turn he becomes a buyer, thats not predicting more like following the trend and there is nothing wrong with that, but why be so smug?
Some of us did our due diligence and research checking out this new board while Kej with his comments made no adjustment to his view regarding that.

I think it fair to say that £2 seem a hard nut to crack, it doesn't sit comfortable either side of it atm.

They are definitely looking for shares hence the strong bid ( will take £10k @ 2.41.
