I can't see them coming back to the market as Scirocco empty handed with there reputation at stake, the problem with little information is that it leaves the company open to speculation and a uneasiness for some shareholders, it would be good to have a more detailed Rns to give a feeling of direction,

It depends how you interpret bad news, everyone has there own opinion " to reflect operational and other changes since signing the original agreement could be interpreted as a positive because the Bod are being diligent and not settling for a lesser deal, obviously this is delaying the process and thats not ideal but you can't have it both ways,
They have stated that the new terms being discussed are mutually beneficial so hopefull there won't be to much to iron out,
Worst case scenario is the deal falling through and no further deals coming to the table before return to trading in a down market,
Best case scenario is deal being compleated, a further deal in the can, licence coming through and H one ipo, name change and well on the path to becoming a small cap company, ( lots to look forward to)

I'm a believer here and have a fair chunk invested so naturally I will do my best to protect my investment,
If something materialises that seems wrong or substandard then I will give my opinion based on how I see it,
So far nothing has happened to change my mind, if Gneiss can't get this deal done then it will be for good reason,none of the projections that where given on suspension have been denied or altered so up to this point everything is still going ahead,
I personally think that we have been fortunate to be suspended at a time when the entire Aim market has been going through a very bleak period,
Still very much to look forward to Imo.

Neil, quite how you see this as bad news after your previous posting is baffling, as I understood your concern was on funding, now it's penalties and substantial dilution based on the possibility that the deal doesn't proceed, it's obvious that you have some agenda, I have looked at your posting history and one thing that shines through is the thrill and attention seeking you thrive with outlandish posting, don't bother replying because I won't bother engaging with you.

Hi Crystallball, there will be those who prefer to put a negative spin on this but in essence little has changed,
It would have been easier on the board if they hadn't given a timescale on the release of the admission document,
That way they wouldn't have to update the market with the negotiations so precisely but ultimately it changes nothing,
I'm hopeful this will come good.

Its certainly been a tough end to the year, something has to give soon.

It's the easy to criticise but business seldom runs smoothly, they did say there priority is to ensure that the first deal brought to shareholders is value accretive and reflects the value of the board, to build a mid cap company backed by high quality assetts and stable cash flow,
Also there never could be any guarantee the deal would go ahead but the fact they are still pursuing looks quite promising Imo.
I remain hopeful and content that we have a board that are doing their best to work out the best deal for us, the longstop termination date is Feb 28th 2020 so hopefully the general outlook for the market is in a more upbeat mood then.

I wouldn't be boastful about sleeping during the day ( not a good habit to get into) life's to short to waste.

When the bashing stops working then the next step is to bash harder ( time will tell.

2 become the victim.
2 accept it.
