We also have the £1.5m in dilutive funding still available (on top of the £1.5m already taken)
However I'm not sure that either of these would be enough to boost the manufacturing capacity to the level needed which is why the JV was always so important

Last debt statement re (non)debt @ half year results: "Strong balance sheet with Group net cash at 31 July 2021 of £19.6m (31 July 2020: £21.0m)"

Chris for us genuine investors here it's case of wading through this overly positive/completely negative to work out a position.
What I see are huge opportunities but I'm failing to see the ability to scale up to them without more funding or the CR JV which has disappeared without good enough reason IMHO.

Much as I think there are issues with this share engaging with ex employee haters isn't going to yield much constructive cud to chew upon.

Does actually look like plenty of buying Srdoddy, it's just that someone seems to have made a chunk of shares available for sale (possibly someone sensibly banking a 20% profit from the fundraise?).
Just picked up another 100k @ 5.86

This has been in the pipeline for a while now, the original plan for the BT to be a mass produced form of testing was binned and converted to a point of use medical detection device (i.e. Doctors' surgeries etc)
Great product but a long long time away from market and cash investment likely required.

That's exactly my worry, because we seem to have forgotten about this from last year from the same RNS:
"Phase two of our manufacturing plan is being implemented to increase manufacturing capacity in China in Quarter 2, 2021 to double current capacity by year end"
The production orders are only up by 39% not 100% so to add the year end caveat displays no improvement to manufacturing capacity.
Too many slips at the moment :-(

Short TP are a bit of double edged sword. They must have some successes or else they'd have no investors (I'm hoping ZPHR is one but it makes me nervy the funding was through TP!!)
Sometimes you just learn to accept a loss (or take a gain) and step back so the actual price you sell at shouldn't be the defining point of a decision to get in/out

Short, yup, predominantly I would suggest the TP fundraise crowd @30p.

Especially when TPs shares are side-funnelled through a Dormant company out into the ether never to be seen again...

Don't get me wrong I love the tech here and the prospects for STC but...
I've been around MWG for well over a decade and have learned to take steps back now and again when I've seen too many things I'm not comfortable with. So far I've been lucky and called things ok although I'm down a good 30% on this current round.
Never let FOMO drive your investing and that seems to be a bit top-heavy here at the moment.

The comments re 'one seller' are just frustration. There are multiple sellers for multiple reasons and always will be, it's just that at the moment there are more sellers than buyers.

agreed trills, especially with the covid in china potentially ruining supply chains. But the key point is these are sales and earnings which the company need to bridge the gap between development and success, and there are too many slips to that process.
The Pd production going backward is another big negative for me which is why I've been de-risking big time.

Trills for gawd sake read the RNS! "the equipment is expected to be delivered during the current financial year" It doesn't matter how many orders we get if they can't get it built and delivered. Putting a caveat like that on your sales orders in Q1 is amazing and one of the reasons I'm reducing my exposure here

Those multiple mini-buys look like the beginnings of auto-trading, but I'm unsure it can be proved.

Cammy one massive change which he hasn't acknowledged is that the mass assembly/sales of Pds was scheduled to start back in February (see AGM slideshow).
RNS this week he slips in "which will go into mass production in the next few months". Big slippage.
