Boris saves Xmas due to avacta. Said it months ago. I’ll say it again. That will be the headline.
The multiple kiddie fathering lump will announce it at a podium one evening.
Avacta will do a few hundred percent and mortgage will have a spasm.
Lovely .
Piggy. Imagine being out because some chap bought a house.
The perfect irony. Al becomes a mortgagefreeman and avacta hits £20
Oh the joys
Imagine being out this weekend.
Q&a and sun story.
Whoops.
You were warned.
Herein lies the rub imo:
In particular the scale-up of manufacturing to meet the anticipated demand is something that Avacta has worked on with its partners, and others, for some time now. Further information cannot be disclosed at this time because of commercial confidentiality but progress is being made in expanding the available capacity to Avacta in the UK as well as continuing to review potential overseas manufacturers.
This smacks of government procuring additional capacity.
The Company’s strategy is to secure a large global partner to produce and distribute the BAMS test but it is also putting in place the capability to supply directly in the UK and Europe.
Q24: How will you overcome manufacture scale up challenges of the LFT?
Working with multiple manufacturing partners is the only way in which the anticipated scale up challenges can be met. Avacta is initially focusing on UK manufacturing partners, and is supporting them in their scale-up activities, and is also in discussion with overseas manufacturers who can be brought on stream in due course.
....
Now in discussions with overseas manufacturers... before I believe they were just snooping around.... maybe I misheard.
Q42: What countries have you received interest for BAMS to be used in?
BAMS is able to be used anywhere in the world where MALDI-TOF is used in the clinical setting. Adeptrix and Avacta are looking to partner with large mass spectrometer manufacturers with global reach. We have received interest in the UK and US at this time.
USA interest. Ker-ching!
Q45: Who do you see as your nearest competitor?
In terms of the COVID-19 antigen test, there are antigen tests being developed all over the world. In order for a test to be competitive with the lateral flow test we are developing it must be able to be used as a self-test (as well as a professional test), must give results in minutes and not hours, be capable of being read by eye (and/ or smart phone app) and, strictly speaking, should be based on saliva as a sample (although nasal swab based tests are also competitive to a large extent). PCR is therefore not competitive, nor is any method that needs sophisticated laboratory-based equipment to process or read the test. Our view is that there is such a huge demand for rapid antigen testing that there could be many “competitive” tests launched and the demand would still likely out-strip supply, so we are not concerned about competition in the normal commercial sense in this case.
Cracking q&a.
Al is straight as a die.
No worries here.
Got to love the numb skull who asked whether they can confirm the existence of an NDA...
Hands up? Global, was it you?
“ "Abingdon Health is mobilising its rapid test operations to scale-up the deployment of rapid diagnostic solutions in response to the global COVID-19 outbreak..."
Ties in nice with President Biden’s number one priority.... ‘rapid covid testing’
A few weeks to go...
BUMP BUMP BUMP
Not sure his offloading is great, he spoke about dkw every week and no silent.
Big following. Suspect he can’t see any movement while covid is around, I may be wrong and he holds but 95% sure he has dumped.
I expect to see new lows tested here over next few months.
Schizophrenic
Ok, this takes the biscuit.
We now have used car salesmen types on twitter holding themselves out as some form of hedgefund professing opinions on avct. And other morons retweeting BC as if they represent an institution.
It is genuinely mind boggling how thick some people are.
If you want a chuckle, have a read of matey’s twitter feed. It’s funnier than global.
Sounds like he really does fancy himself quite a bit.
When asked about his immediate priorities....
First one - Purchasing rapid testing...
Once the 10k batch lands we will have a far better idea as to the timeline to market.
Get that recipe to the US for Q1 2021 and it’s game on.
We are currently looking for a Laboratory Manager to join the Wetherby team. Details of this, and other roles at both the Wetherby, and Whittlesford sites can be found here: hubs.ly/H0ysJsz0
Mortgage - you should apply - will give you a chance to moan to Al on a daily/hourly basis.
Global, I genuinely don’t think you are bright enough unfortunately.
Perhaps they will have a saliva collector role going for you soon.
Did Myles dump his holding here?
I think he did. No mention of it after he said he cleaned up his portfolio..?
Choo.... refer those positive LFTs to lab for pcr.... makes sense.
Could be us, could not be. Get him to take a photo of that LFT ;)
