Others we’re talking about share price over the last few days. In particular the 33p offer and that it should be x or y but as you say it’s market cap is the best way to compare.

The other thing to take into account is the extra shares in issue. Approximately 15-20% more without checking. So 50p is more like 40-40.5p a share
