It does seem very strange “ short “ to me ,it’s certainly not a rise and rinse game ,to keep on selling 100k worth plus all day every day is odd , they’ve been selling at 9.5 and 9.2 , but not in a targeted way to hammer it further into the 8s , is someone willing to throw money away to get loose shares as the rewards in the future if this hits £1+ are far greater, well ,we will find out one day ,in not the too far distance future?

They dumped 1 million shares in 30 minutes, and the SP ,still went up , it must be getting desperate now , there’re dumping shares almost for the fun of it , if they hope to get this below 9p as they’ve been selling at 9.5 p ,in hundreds of thousands, it’s going to be a tall order .

Shaun day looks to be very confident things are going his way , hence showing his face to shareholders again. RNS soon?

I agree, it’s starting to look very promising, I can’t believe Shaun day would mislead shareholders and investors, with a hint at 20 million ounce remark , he’s in a privileged position and I should think to mention 20 million ounce ,or near mark it must have been given the nod by newcrest , it’s all hotting up .

I agree , it could be a blood bath , who’s going to sell when this seriously turns , could be a 5 month wait but , if the 5% is done and published beforehand, who knows how high this will go .

Kevin , you are possibly correct, it’s very interesting on how quickly they wanted to get back in , I’m now coming to a conclusion the SP is almost at a bottom, I thought 8+p ,but events today and commitment on spending on new projects announced today in RNS , could be a game changer, financial comments are surely secured to go off on a program of more exploration.

I agree, I think the 5% is a done deal , as someone has just said, you don’t go running off spending money unless there is a commercial package secured, I think the 5% will be announced with the financial study to mine published, is going to be sooner than we think.

Looks like the chuckle brothers are at it , me to you ,no ,you to me , but I as very interested in the price at 9.85 p, I mean,didn’t he think he could get it at a lower price, maybe you are reaching a bottom, but time will tell.

Looks like van eck doing a bit o shorting, he’s just gone back up over the 5% , after going below 5% last week, didn’t happen to sell at 10 something last week, may be wrong but a bit odd.

With their constant selling, even today, 100k sells, at 9.8 p, they surely are banking on another fall .

It’ll only go up when the short is finished.

Says it all ,”our great havieron “, and potential joint venture, well I thought it was a joint venture, not a potential one , read between the lines ,it’s a done deal in my opinion of a takeover.

The spread is 0.40 , 4.04% ,it’s written on this board, and on HL live price.

The spread at the moment is 9.90-10.30p

Seems this share is now just a play thing for the shorters, 5 months at least of seeing this drop and then a slight rebound, before another drop ,the only question is how low in 5 months is this going to go , 8p is almost a cert , unless SD gets off his arse and sorts out the 5% ,one way or the other, even that may not stop the decline.

It’s funny now everyone leaving the price rises ,(haha) ,joke. Good luck to you all ,this after all is a good adventure, (if the shorting stops ) ,I will be staying.

There are two very knowledgeable people on this board, who do a lot of research into GGP ,and for one are in awe at the depth of information they supply us with , they certainly know how mining works , that said , the end game of this share is in serious question, there is no question of the GGP find and 25% (-5%) of an exciting project, but the question is are we going to benefit as mere mortals, are we going to get stuffed by underhand shenanigans, ie shorters etc , many worry of an outcome that has almost been guaranteed by some ,as millionaire club ,I’m afraid I don’t think any personal grudge against the informed is intended, but when the outcome is still unclear, some are going to criticise the “experts “ , I personally think if we get to mid November without a major disaster on the SP ,it should then hopefully rise with the ,financial study to mine being published shortly.
