I don’t know what people are moaning about, it’s a penny share on AIM , it’s going to be volatile, a lot of junior miners fail , but we have financial security, over subscribed placing , 50 million only to be paid back on production ( making sure newcrest carry on digging) ,and directors buys , it’s certainly not Sirius minerals , not now .

There’s going to be some trading tomorrow, I just love the buzz ,will the share price finish around 11p ? ,at the end of the day , it’s like waiting for the ball to stop on a roulette wheel .(don’t gamble more than you can afford to lose )

Somebody mentioned paying off the 50 million earlier, there’s no way that’s going to happen, remember we only have to pay back when production starts, and that’s a safe guard on getting the mine in to production on a reasonable time scale , otherwise NCM could drag out the production process, I know tefler is in need of the ore to keep it going, but in only paying back when production starts means ,no production, no money to be paid back .

I would say the placing is a condition of bank lending.IMO.

As I said yesterday sandground was about right , and now the big top up , I’m in buying tomorrow, not missing this , this is another great bit of news and SD and others getting in ,now I haven’t used this expression for some time , it was my catch phrase, but GET IN , IMO .

Let’s put it this way , as SD is so delighted at keeping the 5% , and it’s the best thing for GGP ,he’s going to look rather foolish if it all ends in disaster, and end of his mining career, if he said the 5% withdrawal by NCM was not the preferred outcome, maybe we would have a concern, but remember, he can’t come out with statements of “it’s the best outcome “ ,if it’s not , that’s called misleading the market .

If GGP offered newcrest $85 million for an additional 5% (which was turned down ) ,you would be totally irresponsible to offer it without funding in place, imagine if newcrest had agreed and nothing in place to cover it , SD would have been a laughing stock ,so obviously some negotiations with financial investors has already occurred, so you would think they would have discussed the possibility of newcrest not excepting the 5% , it’s logical, there’s a big difference also with Sirius minerals as many here will all be too familiar, 3.5 BILLION is the financing for Sirius, where here it’s MILLIONS.. ,a big difference in an institution agreeing to lend .

I agree, forget the daily SP ,it’s long term that counts, but it’s not that long to go before production, so I’ve been off this board for a while as cruising the med , and don’t intend to post much until closer to a serious SP rise, it’s the same old story, SP rise ,knocked down by shorters, but our day will come ,I’m sure of it .

It’s actually 12:90p to sell and 13:10 p to buy , at 16:41 , so it’s dropped from yesterday close of 13:10 p, it may alter up to 16:45pm when all deals settled.

Well the only people selling at this minute , is still the shorters ,anything above 100k is them ,but there’ll hope people panic and sell theirs , remember the short is still on , they’ve got to by back millions, but obviously not at 13p , they want 11p.

When it was 10p the only people that were selling was the shorters, they are after your shares .

Well and truly turned, IMO, to crash this back to 10p ,would need to throw away several million shares , highly unlikely, a great day , we’ve all been waiting for .

What a great day , let’s hope it carries on , I’m pessimistic by nature, so I don’t get too carried away, but it’s all good,so far , onward and upward.

It looks a controlled upward movement of the share price, as it was on a downward one for ages .

Selling at 12:50p ,highest it’s been for months.
