Last year he sold £2.9M worth of skin shares and still only had cash and cash equivalents of £2M at end Dec 21.

Toyin, tracking the sederma patent history for plant extracts, I would suggest that it is highly unlikely that this has anything at all to do with Dr Cath's research which is focused on knowledge of the gut skin axis and the appropriate selection of good gut bacteria to address skin conditions, after all, the credits for the invention on the Sederma patents all fall to the same group of people going back to a time that pre-dates the Skin/Croda commercial agreement

The lysate of Lactobacillus Rhamnosus is very much the intel inside, designed to reside alongside other ingredients, be they peptides like matryxl or vitaminers like retinol, whilst retaining its properties, the only difference between something like slimbiome as opposed to skinbiotix is that skinbiotix can be used for many different application types be it anti-ageing products, sunscreen, or as the basis for cleaning products or wound healing, whilst slimbiome is purely used in slimming product variants.

So what exactly has been offered to the VIP clients if it is not the lysate?
