Well dumb question to go with my dumb answer and depends how long you wish/are able to tie up your money waiting for the future rises we all expect. Suspect wadz chose to average down too soon and has tied up more money than feels comfortable with in which case a partial sell might be the answer

Interesting paragraph in the Man Group half year report today which I suspect will be replicated in nearly all the big investment groups and should drive demand up for shares in companies such as Ceres

Agree with you chilting, on balance a very decent trading update. Slippage in the forming of the joint venture from mid 2021 to end 2021 tempered by the extension of the scope to stationary power as well. Also the electrolyser progress and external interest is very positive as is the throw away line re AVL and the strong pipeline of future opportunities.

skip, like you I am a LTH here, and whilst I am not a subscriber to Elric or a HNWI, as a result of a free company tip pre Christmas based on his own research, I bought in and successfully traded for a few hundred pounds profit over a short period of time, so I donated the equivalent of a subscription to Elric's Charity which was the Salvation Army. Elric then generously included me on one of his subscriber lists which was totally unexpected but welcome.

By his own admission, elric is not a wordsmith, so his term "actionable" should not be interpreted as "insider information", no price sensitive information is divulged or released by elric, it is more a reinforcement of news already in the public domain, a reassurance if you like that there is no negative news awaiting imminent release associated with price drop movement.
So to address your question, why subscribe if there is no "insider" information, the answer will depend on your personal circumstances. If you have hours to spare trawling the internet for new investment clues, or regularly email CEO's for clarification on some points, then probably little point, if however, you are fully employed in another occupation or have retired but spend a lot of time with your Grandchildren and hence don't have the time to research yourself, then I have found elric to be honest, diligent and generous with his time to answer individual questions, and you could do a lot worse than subscribe and follow him

Must admit I am quite heartened by the Creswick drilling results so far. The company have managed to track the DMS path pretty accurately and identified some pretty decent veins at depths suitable for open cast mining, so if they continue to find 1 meter gold veins along the 7 km DMS, what is not to like?

Fairly irrelevant what Boris says or does, sweetbiotix will launch in the US with multinational companies signed up to it provided it has continued to pass the taste test in their products following our US partner's scale-up. The question is when will the launch be announced; next month, next year, but when it does happen it will be a game changer for Opti and long suffering investors

Boyo, it is nothng to do with lack of updates, nearly the whole market is down, apart from oil whose price is helping to drive up the inflation figure which is the cause of the fall in sp here and at ITM where over 7% down as I type. Even Dunelm has fallen over 4% on news that beat analyst expectations and would normally have seen at least a 5% rise!

New study describes antibody & T cell immune responses to first dose of Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine in people taking immunosuppressant drugs for psoriasis
Ongoing monitoring is needed to determine how effective the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine is in people taking immunosuppressants.
What did the study find?
Please note that only information from after the first dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine is available at this stage. The researchers are currently analysing the results from samples taken after the second dose of the Pfizer vaccine and these will be published as soon as they are available.

The researchers found that the level of antibodies against the virus responsible for COVID-19 were lower in people taking immunosuppressant drugs compared to healthy volunteers, with the lowest rate identified in those taking methotrexate.

The researchers also assessed the ability of the antibodies to neutralise the virus. People taking biologics produced antibodies with similar neutralisation capacity against the virus to healthy volunteers. In contrast, people taking methotrexate produced antibodies with lower neutralisation capacity.
What does this mean?
The results suggest that biologics do not prevent the body’s immune response to the first dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. Methotrexate appears to weaken the antibody response, but not the T cell response. This study also shows that levels of antibodies alone do not tell us enough about the immune system’s complex response to vaccination. All people receiving immunosuppressant drugs should continue to follow all guidance on self-isolation and social distancing as appropriate in line with government guidance. Immune responses may change over time and are also likely to be influenced by the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. The researchers (and others) are checking antibody and T cell status again following the second dose and this information is awaited.
