Ved is a total wild card ,in a few hours it will go up or down for no reason at all , perfect trading beast, even if you time it wrong just wait and you can normally get out. Made a fortune trading this . Watch it for a few weeks , then you will get a feel for it. Best tip on buying , wait until it looks like a buy, then wait a bit more maybe 3-4 hrs , works for me.

Management addressing quality issue , divvy on the rise, cheap share price compared to peers. All volume builders use the same subbies that actually build the boxes so I cant see how these are any worse or better than any other builder. I build 4 houses per year and struggle to get decent subbies, good subbies they are just to busy.
