Looks bad to me only the divvy is keeping this up, any bad news on divvy and this is a penny share, My building company uses Epwin products a lot and the quality is good, Frames seems to ready a look quicker than usual , looks likes things are slowing down a bit.

£10m on head office, what a waste , prefer them to have used money to improve cash generation not on fancy office refurbs.

Why build new when you can buy old stock sub £10 psft. My house building company is building timber frame 3 bed semis at £1060 per sqm. The current sites have high ground work costs and are finished to a low spec . As for sheds I aint got a clue.

Yes most of are sheds are low asbestos roofs, and full of tires or plasterboard or plastic waste, tenant mix is mainly motor trade or small manufacturing, storage,etc. We are trading in the the North east and Yorkshire to Derbyshire m1 area, there are still large empty factories that only real future is sub dividing into 2-5k sq ft units. All have come from auction or receivers all have issues. We have been selling a few in auction with mixed results. Buyers still can not get loans very easy we seem to get them exchanged then buyer cant complete and loss there 10% deposit .

Thanks for asking. Still plugging away , up to 1.3m sq ft now , buying sub £8 psf and letting at £2.5psf once refurbished. We think that the supply of cheap space will be coming to an end , they are getting harder to get but are still there. The rent roll is strong and debt at 3% pa allows us to pay down a chunk of debt every month. The first sheds we bought in the dark days of recession are now coming up for rent reviews , if we can get the rents to open market rents a beach life beckons.

Yes I suspect either the company is flagging up it is expecting a huge uplift in the French subscribers or they are trying to show growth to the support placing. At least I shows someone in head office is awakened to the need for news flow.

Shares will have been offered to large investors , the offer will be under written by the bank / broker supporting the issue. Due to the very small discount on offer you can be pretty sure these are all tied up well in advance of this going public. The small discount is a massive show of strength. I expect to see more of these in the next few years as opportunity presents itself. Gla

will pick up another 100k if it goes to 130p , put a stop loss on at around 100p just in case. A large short was opened hence the recent price drop to 115p , however quickly closed. Long term no brainer . Also looking at epwin , recent drop looks over done but needs more research.
