Looking to re-enter around 125P max , cant see the groundrent issue getting very far . On a small block of flats you may get the leaseholders to agree on something , however the bigger buildings built here, you need someone managing the freehold and they need to be paid for doing it . The freehold issue on private dwelling houses is a separate issue and there is no need for these to be on a sold leasehold contract , this area of property tenure needs to be addressed. Gla

Stayed in several of Marstons hotels , never had any problems , staff were decent people and everything was clean and tidy . The offering of a hotel, nice pub and half decent meal works perfectly for me , in fact I am buying back in to this company tomorrow . GLA

Try to think more globally its a big world and most of it is not covered by anything remotely reliable. The larger networks will simply sub out the rural areas or buy in an operator that can cover it . GLA

Bit of rise from recent lows, see this getting to 210 -220 range today , then could go anywhere if the trading update is positive. Will be interesting if tracker funds need to buy back in if it goes back into ftse.

Yes Harwood capital llp have increased there holding to 16%, they have invested an additional �480k in the company . Expect them to increase further . This is good news for long termers as they will have thought long and hard over this. GLA
