Currently looking over this company . Profits will be impacted for sure , will old gits like me stop going on cruises , well yes in the short term , however longer term wont be an issue .
Waiting for a statement from company on impact on profit , hoping for around 1bn . Will buy if mcap drifts below 10bn.

Hopefully the pubs were loss making so justified to sell off at a massive loss , however if the nav is 30% overvalued across the board , that's just terrifying.
As I currently am a director of private property company , we always write down property values to purchase price to reduce/ delay profit and tax . The board here must have in some way overstated or undersold these assets.

NAV in last published accounts is 74.55 p , is that a fair reflection of the assets I wonder . Any thoughts .

Yes seems to have found a bit of support at 88p, yield at 8.5% . Will be interesting to see where dow closes tonight.

Why buy into the dead cat bounce , the virus will only get worse , this like all other shares is going lower , may be better to sell now and buy back at lower price .

Leas , I am thinking the same with 90p support level taken out this is in unknown territory . This is a good company with good products being effected by external factors . Hopefully the shareprice destruction will force change on the board of directors that can only be good long term .

Just checked 3 month price , share price down 29.04% source Hargreaves Lansdowne , that is a shocking wealth destruction .

Share price is below my buy in target , however I to think this has further down to go, also watching ds smith, nrr, tbcg for long term holds , income and recovery over time.

Looking at charts solid support at 90p , if that support gives , its plumbing new depths .

I would hang fire , my buying target is 92.4 p and my trading history suggests I always buy in to early .

I would go Grexit. Followed by Italy then spain ,
Anyone know why Henderson are running such a large short 2.25 % of company shares.

I can see citigroups projection, but disagree it will breach 90p . On 5 yr chart the downturn started by the double top ending Dec 2015 . Its been in a down trend since. Looking at lows, 90p is clear support .
As the management have done little, good or bad over this period other than pay a huge divy I see no reason for this trend to change, a bit of new energy put into this and 150 p is very possible .

Banked divy . looking at chart I think a retest of year low is possible , beings as the rising trend line has been clearly breached(mid November).
Followed by a strong bounce to high 120s . There will be a lot of liquidity at 100p , as 104p purchases will have stop losses there. Will be looking to top up around 95p .

Not so sure , the graph is clearly showing a downtrend since 2 Jan, added to the small rebound today after spike down , I think unfortunately a better entry maybe available .

I am selling my remaining uk property assets and property shares and turning to cash as I think we are near the top of the cycle, several indicators flashing for me.
This is not a reflection on Hansteen as it is by far the best company in the multi let industrial sector .
However I remember how cheap empty sheds went in the last 2 recession periods and want to be ready when the receivers call.
