Getting delivery slots is the problem, ordering minium 100k a week of materials to my central London development , my site staff cant get building signed off due to fire lining board and plaster shortage . Delays costing interest on loan , and the fact all flats are forward sold ,off plan , very frustrating .

Builders merchants are flat out having to wait 7 days for delivery for direct loads of p/board and metal channel and plaster products are impossible to get. Having to pay a premium to get it .

Alchemy can always provide a loan for the funds, does not have to involve issuing equity. A simple loan secured by debenture and charge over the specific new loans is all that is required.

I see HSBC taking out the funding line and are buying a stake prior to deal being signed. Good luck all existing that topped up on resent lows and the crew.
