I hope the sites are not company owned, why sell an asset that can be mortgaged , also leases are existing not being created on the sale . A company like this could easily get a property fund to do a sale and lease back agreement if they owned the property.
I will check legal packs on ownership/ tenure it does not rally matter if freehold or very long lease, other than another snout in the trough. Also will see if its a receiver selling .
I have checked other commercial auction houses and no other sites have appeared .

Thanks never get bored of banking a profit , potential play on oil coming up big drop followed by bounce back , using CRUD as vehicle , any thoughts .

Not shorting, i own the shares, bought around 20p , locking in some profit , only selling 50% of holding, 100% would not short this , in fact i only ever short indices with inverse etfs or commodities on a ig spreadbet , and then very rarely .

Any sells around 10k -25k shares will be me, I am reducing my position by 50% will run this over several days , end position will still have over 1m shares .
Still bullish long term , just don't like the property issue I flagged up earlier.

You really don't understand the situation the branches cant just close with out major costs , on the sale the landlord simple changes the company is still on the hook for the rent rates etc . The reason the landlord is bailing is the problem , have they been forced to by there lender , has a covenant breach occurred downgrading the ability to borrow against this covenant strength. Might be a completely separate issue with the landlord or the landlord may have heads up on direction of travel .
I will do some digging in the property world .

The auction house for this batch is Acuitus , a commercial property auctioneer.

They are stuck with the leases , Rates etc , until relet.
Still got a sizeable holding , for recovery , however a landlord or prop co has a whiff something is wrong , I will check legal packs once online may give an indication .

Just seen a very worrying sign , several of the SIG sites are for sale on Aquitus auction site. On past experience this is not good sign , reducing postion by 1m shares .
