Will the RNS be about the new BOD and how he/she is connected only, or will it include the 3D results from the Porcupine Basin, resulting in a Farm in partner? Will it include news about Ghana and it's licence, or will it include some outstanding news from Iraq??? Any bets anyone....due by 8 Feb 13

Don't shoot me down as I have a theory reference Ghana, it's just my opinion, and GOOD for both PET and CLON shareholders alike. I reckon CLON are proving it hard to prove financial standing with regards to Ghana licence ratification, whereas PET are not. They share the same BOD and are both part of the 162 group. With PETs Mkt Cap improving daily, why wouldn't PET buy more of a stake off CLON in TANO 2 in order to push the licence through....Like I said just a theory, but something has to happen before Nov 13, any thoughts?

Not fully researched mate, I did look at SOLO about 3 months ago, but both seem to be doing ok. I might take another look, a poss buy in/out by Shell looks interesting with SOLO so lloks like there is potential there?

I think we've all fully researched and glad to be here, and this has potential to be top share this year, assuming everything goes well, look at RKH they have not pulled a drip out of the Sea Lion oilfield yet and there's potential in the Porcupine Basin to suck more out than the Falklands. The companies have very similar similarities at this stage of the game, and I was advised to buy in at 13p in RKH in 2009 and didn't. If you take into consideration Iraq and Ghana, then we are onto a mega winner here. Patience is the virtue, and PET will soon be up there like RKH is now.

I did as well mate, thanks for that, I'm still in there. My plan was to top slice both on WRES and SOU and buy in here at sub 20p. It's not going to happen, so I'm thinking of doing it anyway and topping up here. Thanks to you and George, I'm quids in, and may sell both pretty soon.....thanx again.

Have you been watching the volumes, and noticed how tight it is between buys and sells? I thought this may have re-traced, and I wish it had so I could have topped up sub 20p. The Bolly is indicating a sharp rise soon, so I've come to the conclusion, I will eat my laptop if this re-traces before RNS. Last few days of turbulence, then up she goes!

You're right, just checked the Bolly (something I learnt from Riddler) 30 day MVA 9 has just broke the bottom Bolly indicating a rise fairly soon and this does not include the expected RNS....happy days.

You only have to look back just over week when they were sitting at 18.75p and rose 25% in a day for no reason. There's plenty to be in here for over the coming days and weeks with news expected soon :)

Exactly, and with so little free float, MMs tend to oversell these and panic when SP starts moving, with so much news due on so many fronts spread over 3 continents starting fairly soon with new BOD, rumours on Iraq, Ireland, not too sure where we are with Ghana, but a Farm In partner for Porcupine Basin would be a good start. You only have to look at Mkt Cap, Excellent PE and so little stock available, it's a no brainer, and hopefully we'll see this moving fairly soon with RNS due in next coming days and if anything before 8 Feb 13. you're too right mate, I hold 379K shares averaged in at 16.10p and could have sold on the last spike at 23.25p....no way mate, there is plenty of scope for this to go banana's fairly soon and very quickly. I certainly ain't bugging out for a long time to come yet.
