In the Castleton scenario there are ongoing sells, matched by agreement by buy order, as I think you may agree? Your negative stance on this particular buy/sell issue must I think be predicated on your opinion that the buyer ( possibly still Kestrel, who have been buying loads ) is an idiot. Is that correct? Or do you still believe something like you suggested before that 'unidentified people through legitimate nominee companies' invested across 20-30 shares in the Kestrel Opportunities Fund are up to something with the 4% of that fund invested in Castleton. And for some reason, when the seller stops ' it goes into freefall'. Can you explain how that will work?

I agree. I'm looking at it as a steady performer, over time, with acquisitions as need/opportunity arises within the public sector solution providers, driving things on. That's their policy with this one.

We know loads of effort going in. With the time lag involved I'm thinking the revenue will start showing up in accounts soon.

Don't know myself what others expect. I've never posted an expectation or time constraint, that I recall, but I do expect to do well and going by Kestrel, MXCP and BGF I do expect 90p. Stroker was on about £1.20 fairly recently, and that may be possible in time I suppose, particularly if they can start moving more into the public sector whilst they now concentrate on the cross selling in social housing which saw 20% organic growth I think last year. Steadily building now I think and with heavy lifting done and now maybe just a bit of feather bedding to sharpen up, should see the improving results as forecast.

No doubt about it, we been absolutely hammered by the seller or sellers for ages now, and though Kestrel and it seems others been picking them up, no reason why they should pay more for them than agreed or need to. Somebody still picking them up, so that's OK. They can only sell once, and that's what's driven the price down. PI s will be waiting for it to turn, as Yvey concedes it will, but thinks it'll go to 45 first before buying and profit can be made, with strangely no longer any fears on the set up, Europe, business model, Uncle Tom Cobley and all. MXCP and BGF will be waiting to, as their Kypera deal option to convert is at 85.6. But we'll wait and see, A lot waiting for their entry point I suspect.

Looks like Buyer still in, and staying at this level so far with sells diminished. And see no reason why should not be at least much closer to profit, Castleton trading in line with market expectations and profit is what the market expects this year. But - there may be the tail end of integration costs, but having said that, they said they were within budget for the first half when they last commented. We shall see.

And as you raised Capita out of context, in the hope of getting away with it, I'm pleased their software and solutions Division is reported as performing well, because they are pleased to partner with Castleton and invited Castleton to exhibit at their in house 2 day conference. A noteworthy endorsement by an international company.
