None of this lot including MXC done much over the year., but I think Castleton done best overall. Recall you selling on way down at consolidation before recovery on Kestrel holdings RNS. When did you come back?

I wondered why the conference agenda, which they were quite happy to proceed with had disappeared. At this stage, it begins to look as though we can expect a new plan of sorts to become evident,, which will have some impact on current/future customers as Castleton moves on.

Noticeable of late that Tony Smith blogging about the importance of integration, which Castleton has successfully concentrated upon. Today he has returned to an old blog on that point and ERP. "ERP solution providers are now eyeing up housing as the next new market for them. SAP for instance, can credibly provide asset management modules to support part of Heathrow Airport, the more switched on HMS suppliers are all watching cautiously if you can pull off the Sanctuary gig on time. These are very interesting times. Changes to systems in housing organisations can take a long time, even when selected solutions are already moulded to housing. Please do not take that as a criticism, this can be a sector that moves cautiously.  Adapting ERP systems to housing is certainly possible, similar to being able to strike matches on cucumbers. Both totally feasible given enough money, time and staff chucked at it. Maybe we can expect faster future ERP implementations, once a few pioneers have beaten a path to tread." And Castleton already has one specifically for the social housing sector, in Kypera, is developing it, and has a large customer base.. It occurs to me that the fact of an update prior to interims may be an incorrect assumption. Last year it was released to precede the AGM, now over for this year. Just a thought.

And James Massey, originally of 365 but moved to Castleton, now shows himself as ' Director of Public Sector '. Little things I know, but may be indicative of reorganisation along current business lines.
